1 Year Warranty
If your item develops an issue within the first year, please return it to us and we will get this repaired for you. On average, it takes 3 to 4 days for your item to be repaired. If we are unable to repair the item, we will contact you regarding alternatives. When returning an item, please include a note stating your name, eBay user ID, Warranty sticker number, return address and a brief description of the issues you are having. You are responsible for shipping the item back to us. Once the item is repaired, we will pay to get the item shipped back to you. Batteries are not covered under our warranty; we only guarantee that the battery will work upon arrival. Accidental damage (screen damage, liquid damage etc.) is not covered. Warranty claims will not be considered if the warranty sticker is removed or tampered with.
30 Day Warranty - Used items
In the event of a fault or damage, Techsel Ltd will cover postage costs in accordance with Distance Selling Regulations. The warranty does not cover battery life, misuse (pressure marks, cracks, water damage etc.), or software issues. All serial numbers are recorded, and security/warranty stickers must be intact.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy. Return items in their original condition with all accessories for a full refund. Unwanted/Incorrect software or new items must be returned unopened.
