Our items are shipped free of charge with a standard 48h delivery type. We provide a paid option for a 24h courier on each item.
1 Year Warranty
If your item develops an issue within the first year, please return it to us and we will get this repaired for you. On average, it takes 3 to 4 days for your item to be repaired. If we are unable to repair the item, we will contact you regarding alternatives. When returning an item, please include a note stating your name, eBay user ID, Warranty sticker number, return address, and a brief description of the issues. You are responsible for shipping the item back to us. Once the item is repaired, we will pay to get the item shipped back to you. Batteries are not covered under warranty. Accidental damage (screen damage, liquid damage, etc.) is not covered. The warranty claim will not be considered if the warranty sticker is removed or tampered with.
30 Day Warranty - Used items
In the unlikely event there is a fault with your item or it is damaged, the postage costs will be covered by Techsel Ltd in alignment with Distance Selling Regulations. The warranty does not cover battery life on laptops, misuse such as pressure marks, cracks, water damage etc. Software issues are also not covered. All serial numbers are recorded on items and security/warranty stickers must be intact.
Returns
We offer a 30 day returns policy. If you are unhappy with your item, you can return it in its original condition with all accessories for a full refund. Unwanted/Incorrect software or new items must be returned unopened.
