Warranty and returns:
1 Year Warranty: If your item develops an issue within the first year, return it to us (address below) for repair. Repair typically takes 3-4 days. If repair is impossible, we'll contact you about alternatives. Include a note with your name, eBay user ID, warranty sticker number, return address, and a description of the issue. You're responsible for return shipping; we'll pay for shipping it back to you after repair. Batteries are not covered under warranty (we only guarantee functionality upon arrival). Accidental damage (screen damage, liquid damage, etc.) is not covered. Warranty claims will not be considered if the warranty sticker is removed or tampered with.
30 Day Warranty - Used items: In the unlikely event of a fault or damage, Techsel Ltd will cover postage costs in accordance with Distance Selling Regulations. The warranty does not cover battery life, misuse (pressure marks, cracks, water damage), or software issues (like Microsoft Windows malfunctions). All serial numbers are recorded, and security/warranty stickers must be intact.
Returns: We offer a 30-day return policy. Return the item in its original condition with all accessories for a full refund. Unwanted/incorrect software or new items must be returned unopened. Contact us before raising a claim if you have any issues; we'll find a solution.
