1 Year Warranty
If your item develops an issue within the first year, please return it to us and we will get this repaired for you. On average, repair takes 3-4 days. If we cannot repair it, we'll contact you regarding alternatives. When returning an item, include a note stating your name, eBay user ID, warranty sticker number, return address, and a brief description of the issue. You are responsible for return shipping; we'll pay for shipping it back to you after repair. Batteries are not covered under warranty (we only guarantee functionality upon arrival). Accidental damage (screen damage, liquid damage, etc.) is also not covered. Warranty claims will not be considered if the warranty sticker is removed or tampered with.
30 Day Warranty - Used items
In case of faults or damage, Techsel Ltd will cover postage costs in accordance with Distance Selling Regulations. The warranty does not cover battery life on laptops, misuse (pressure marks, cracks, water damage etc.), or software issues (Microsoft Windows malfunctions and errors). All serial numbers are recorded, and security/warranty stickers must be intact.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy. Return items in their original condition with all accessories for a full refund. Unwanted/incorrect software or new items must be returned unopened. If you have problems, contact us before raising a claim.
